Shadow Wine Bar and Sandalford wines present Vines of the Valleys - a collaborative long table lunch, showcasing the heritage of the Swan Valley vines from Sandalford against a few select old world wines of the same variety with a view to challenging perceptions of wine and food pairing.

On the food side the menu has been carefully crafted to highlight the season and its abundant local produce, with a strict consideration towards showcasing the wines at their varietal best.

Join us for this unique experience of select Sandalford wines and wines from the Loire & Rhone Valleys here at Shadow to start the food and wine heritage trail.
